From the award-winning writers of The Wire, HBO Home Entertainment announces the 30 September 2013 DVD and Blu-ray release of the complete third season of the two-time Emmy® and Grammy® Awards nominee Treme, following its broadcast on Sky Atlantic.

Season three begins 25 months after Hurricane Katrina. Crime and corruption are up, culture is being trampled, and the people who matter – the workers, families and dreamers who live here – have had enough.

HBO’s drama series Treme revisits the musicians, chefs, Mardi Gras Indians, and other familiar New Orleans characters who continue to rebuild their lives, their homes and their culture in the aftermath of the 2005 hurricane that caused the near-death of an American city. The series’ focus is still on ordinary people, but they no longer accept their lack of influence on the institutions that have controlled the city.

Season 3 sees the return of the outstanding ensemble who have previously worked with David Simon; Wendell Pierce (The Wire), Clarke Peters (The Wire), Academy Award® nominee Melissa Leo (The Fighter) and Khandi Alexander (The Corner). Steve Zahn (Sunshine Cleaning) also stars in his first television series. Producers David Simon (The Wire, Generation Kill) and Eric Overmyer (Law & Order, Homicide: Life on the Street) are also critically celebrated for creating some of the most insightful and interesting dramas on TV.

1. This competition is only open to UK residents aged 15 or over, excluding BOOM's friends and family and anyone else directly associated with this promotion.
2. There will be two draws. The first name drawn will receive a copy of Treme season 3 on Blu-ray out of those that entered the Blu-ray draw. The second name drawn will receive a copy of Treme season 3 on DVD out of those that entered the DVD draw. If the same person wins both draws, then another winner will be chosen at random to win the DVD prize.
3. One entry per person for each of the DVD and Blu-ray draws (though you can enter both) - and yes, we will check. If we find that you have entered multiple times, we will disqualify you from this competition. Repeat offenders will be disqualified from entering uture competitions. And we don't like robots, so we investigate multiple entries and entries suspected as being from robots will be deleted.
4. Closing date for entries is midnight on 17th October 2013.
5. Winners will be notified within 7 days by email. If a winner does not respond with their posting details 7 days after we sent them the initial notification email, their prize will be offered to another person following a subsequent further draw. This process will repeat until somebody responds and tells us where to send the prize. If you're entering, please do remember to check your emails!
